great views and a park nearby for easy city walks

I really appreciated the friendly front desk staff who provided all the info I needed and the delicious, plentiful breakfast options that kept me fueled for my walking adventures around the city, especially as Kanza Park is just a short stroll of less than a 5-minute walk away, perfect for enjoying green space during my explorations.

The hotel had amazing modern conveniences, like spacious rooms and easy access common areas. Loved the huge parking lots, especially for cyclists like us.

the holiday inn express & suites is conveniently located off the freeway. i loved having electrical outlets on both sides of the bed, perfect for my c-pap machine and charging my phone. the bed was super comfortable! the indoor swimming pool was also a nice bonus for my family.

The indoor swimming pool kept the kids entertained. Staff greeted us with smiles and offered quick check-in. The free breakfast had decent options, but I wished for more variety. The only downside was my kids finding two pills on the floor, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Housekeeping seemed rushed, as we encountered a used washcloth still hanging in our bathroom upon returning after a day out. Even with some cleanliness issues, I appreciated how accommodating the front desk staff was. They were friendly when I reported the problems. Looking forward to staying again, but I hope for improved room cleaning next time.

Staying here while visiting the Carnegie Cultural Center was quite enjoyable. The modern amenities in our room were impressive, and the beds were incredibly comfy, making it easy for my family to rest after a long day. The staff was very accommodating, especially during the busy weekend we were there.

Modern convenience, exceptional service, including step-in showers and easy access common areas that made our stay enjoyable, especially with plenty of parking available for our vehicle.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing

I had a seriously amazing stay! The room was a Standard King Room, and it was spacious, clean, and oh-so-comfy-the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. Plus, the breakfast spread was out of this world, featuring warm cookies that made every morning a treat!

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Ottawa was fantastic! The rooms were modern and clean, providing ample space for our family. The front desk staff provided a warm welcome and was attentive, ensuring all my needs were met during my stay. The breakfast options were plentiful, with the dining area always clean, and the food was hot and tasty. The bed in my Premium Room was extremely comfortable, truly making it a highlight of my visit. However, the location wasn't ideal for my plans, and there was limited outdoor seating available for enjoying the beautiful weather.
